Buddy the Elf Day

Every December 18th, the Fergus Falls Public Schools tech staff celebrates "Answer the phone like Buddy the Elf" Day by beginning each incoming support call like this: "Buddy the Elf...what's your favorite color?"

2014 - we took 117 calls

2020 saw us fielding 158 calls!

2021 saw us fielding just 34 calls.

2022 brought in 63 calls. We're trending upwards!

2023 gave us 43 calls. Bah, HUMBUG!

2024 - 81 votes! BACK IN THE GAME!

For the first few years, we simply recorded the data on a whiteboard in our office. This is the FOURTEENTH year we will use this spreadsheet, which will generate the data for the live chart below.
